Hi, I'm Lena.

My journey into dog photography started with our first family dog. That was the moment I truly realized how much expression, character, and emotion a dog can carry – without saying a single word.

I have been photographing dogs for over 5 years now, constantly deepening my passion along the way. Today, I live in Eckersdorf in Upper Franconia, Germany, and I spend most of my time outdoors – often with my own Border Collie mix, Twix.

Twix is my everyday companion, whether we’re hiking, training, or simply exploring nature together. Alongside him, two other Border Collies in my family are a big part of my life as well. Through them, I became deeply involved in dog sports – flyball, dog scooting, and disc are not just activities for us, but a way of life.

This combination of movement, trust, and energy strongly shapes my photography.

What matters most to me is not just creating beautiful images, but capturing the soul of a dog – that inner fire, that unique personality that makes every dog special. Just as important is the bond between dog and human: real connection, real emotion, real moments.

Whether it’s fast-paced action in full speed or calm, expressive portraits – I aim to create images that truly reflect who each dog is. Natural, honest, and without pressure.

Because in the end, it’s not just about photography. It’s about preserving moments that stay – full of life, movement, and feeling.
